Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
Balancing life as a mom is hard, especially when you're called to live in harmony with the natural flow of life and nature. Our kids and outer world can make that seem outright contradictory at times.
I won't ever claim that balance is something you can perfect, because freedom from thinking in absolutes is core to living vs. just existing.
If you're really living, getting from point A to B is far from being an efficient straight line on a freeway. But it's not totally unpredictable either - especially when you tap into the universal guidance around you. When you do that, it's actually CYCLICAL. And when it comes to the relationships that matter most in life - your kids, family and other loved ones - wouldn't you rather take the scenic route full of joy, meaningful lessons, connections and stories that will be passed down for generations?
This knowledge and awareness has been here for eons. The majority of our society and our conditioning has simply de-prioritized it in favor of the tangible material world. We need that world to survive, but we need this other world to feel alive in it.
So my work isn't about dropping one way of life in favor of another. It's about coming together, the yin and the yang. The feminine and the masculine. The divine support and the physical. We create some space for the former to enter, we learn how the universe supports us and we pay attention to the guidance being offered by building practices into our daily lives. And in doing so, we calm down. We find trust. We lean into faith and our connections with one another. We feel lighter, smile more and all our relationships improve. Even the ones we never thought could be healthy.
